Every gift has a clear purpose, a visible budget category, and a public update. For Phase 1, that means a published $100,000 program budget and actual spending after each school's year closes.

We track every gift from donation to documented work.
We report confirmed activity only. Supporters deserve plain language. Gifts cover tutor stipends, training, reading materials, assessments, coordination, and a named contingency line. Nothing is buried in vague program language.
